- **Location:** We are located at 2527 Carter Avenue, Ashland, KY 41101, by Pathways and across from The Neighborhood at the corner of 25th and Carter.

- **Visitors:** You are welcome to stay and watch workouts or simply drop and go.

- **Parking:** Enter on Carter Avenue. You can park in our paved lot, gravel lot next to the building, or use free street parking. Please do not park at Pathways.

- **Payment Methods:** We accept Cash, Checks (payable to "The Lab"), Venmo (@basketballatthelab), Cash App ($basketballatthelab), Debit, and Credit.

- **Refund Policy:**

- If we cancel an event you've paid for, you can choose between a full refund or gym credit.

- If you cancel before the event, we offer a gym credit.

- If you do not show up without prior notice, no refunds will be given.
